Good Afternoon all!!!
What are you doing, now, Americans, for the 4th???  Will you be huddling (like me) to the home base or risking it going to see fireworks??
I stopped going to the fireworks here, in Brunswick & St Simons Island, years ago, when first wheelchair bound and the heat & sun became dangerous for me.
I am sure that the neighborhood will be lively with their own fireworks show just how it has always been!  LOL!  One good thing about country woods living-lots of land!
A new generation of adults around here, too.

Hello.....
I do hope this post finds yall in good health and spirits!!! 
I went to my therapy session today.  It was a great session, as I remembered all the exercises for pins, tab logs, screw tabs, 2 different hand squeezing tools, and another item I forgot....LOL!   As she did the bending of all my fingers, stretches, palm pressings, each 30 times each.  I could, still, be doing all this for 6 months.....I took a pain pill when I got home, as my hands hurt.  I am so glad that I was smart enough to have both hands done at the same time!!!!!!
God blessed me as there are no infections!!!!  I can use hand lotion now, too!

Hi there Stitchers!
My update today is,  I will go to my third therapy session tomorrow.  I am afraid the actual healing of both hands is going to take longer that I had first realized.  Both hands are at closing halfway point now.  Right hand more tender than the left.  The actual wound is totally healed and did that super fast, as I am diabetic!!  She told me, the last time, it could take months* to completely heal................
So, stitching is a no-go for awhile.....BUT, I can still do some quick designing and that is what I plan
to do later on today!  I hold the mouse good!!!  LOL!

Hello there fellow stitchers!!
Today has brought in dreadful heat in Georgia!!!  So starts my hating of heat here in Georgia!!  Speaking of which, I am soooooooooooooooooooooo GLAD that I had the surgeries done when I did!!!
Yesterday, I had the stitches removed.  It looks like I am going to need some rehab done, as I can't close either hand..and I have pain, still.  On a FANTASTIC note there is no infection!!!  Join with me in a good old Georgia-------------YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
No stitching, yet...but, I WILL box this delay, starting today!!!
